Spring Has Sprung!
I am sharing a blog I wrote last spring, along with the article link. Who could have imagined how much would have changed since then. But while so much is different, many core ways of being remain the same. You DON’T have to be positive all the time, it IS OK to have that cry, feel stressed, lonely or anxious. It IS also wonderful to notice the “little things” like the way a child’s eyes crinkle when they gaze at you or how some spring leaves seem a lime green and others a deep emerald green. While it is chilly today, at least here in NY, spring has sprung!
